How can I get a price quote?

Do you charge a set-up fee for screen printing?

Change Clothing will NEVER charge you a screen fee. Period.

NOTE: Fees to convert to vector artwork may apply (if not provided).

What are your minimum bulk order requirements?

A minimum order for screen printing is 20 garments. It can include any combination of the following:

  • Assorted garment sizes (Youth Small – Adult 5XL) *
  • Assorted garment types (V-neck vs. crew neck, long vs. short sleeve, T-shirt vs. sweatshirt, etc.) *
  • Assorted garment colors *

*Print is the SAME size and ink color on all items. (NOTE: Excludes Infant and Toddler size items. SEE BELOW

Do you offer bulk orders for infant & toddler sizes?

We do, though it requires a new screen to accommodate the smaller print area. Both infant OR toddler sizes require a separate 20 quantity minimum.

Infant or Toddler bulk size orders can include any combination of the following:

  • Assorted garment sizes (Infant OR Toddler) *
  • Assorted garment types (Onesies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) *
  • Assorted garment colors (Same print color & size) *

*Print must be the SAME size and color on all items.

Do you offer custom ink colors?

Yes! Custom Pantone colors are available for an additional fee. NOTE: Stock ink

Will I see a final mockup of my design to approve before you print my order?

YES! A final art mockup will be provided via EMAIL for your approval. Once approved, your items will be ordered and then printed.

NOTE: No changes to orders, once mock up is approved.

What about oversized graphic printing?

Can you print licensed or copyrighted graphics, such as college or pro sports logos?

These logos require special licensing agreements with the college or sports league, which we do not have at this time. Copyright Policy

What are your guidelines regarding acceptable content in a design?

We respect your right to free expression and enjoy giving our customers the opportunity to express themselves through our products.

Below are guidelines for content NOT permitted at Change Clothing:

  • No text or images that infringe on intellectual property rights to include copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity.
  • No text or images that encourages or glorifies drug use/abuse.
  • No excessive violence, hate, threatening, or otherwise harmful content.
  • No content that is libelous or defamatory.
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability.

Can I supply my own garments for screen printing?

Yes… but realize the we offer competitive pricing from our preferred suppliers and can ensure the item’s quality and your satisfaction! CHECK OUT OUR WIDE RANGE OF SAMPLES in our store to know how the sizes run; plus, you can feel and see the quality of the items you’ll be getting from us.

If you’d still like to supply your own garments, the following will apply:

  • Must be NEW. (no exceptions)
  • Items are to be delivered to Change Clothing LLC.
  • Unbagging of individual items by us will incur a fee of $.50 per item.
  • Customer to supply a count of all items dropped off to ensure no discrepancies. NOTE: If Change Clothing inventories supplied items, an addition fee of $.50 per item will be incurred.
  • Previously worn or soiled garments are NOT eligible for printing. NOTE: Laundry detergent/softener negatively effects the ability for ink to cure properly.
  • Signed waiver required. *

NOTE: Customer supplied garments REQUIRE a signed waiver before production can begin. SEE WAIVER

Do you offer a way to manage bulk orders... so I don’t have to? 

Absolutely!!! We make it easy for your people to order from us! Once we set up your online store link, we’ll collect the sizes and payment, so you don’t have to!!

Customers will be given the option to pick orders up at our store or have them shipped directly to their home for an additional fee.

  • No minimum for embroidered items.
  • Minimum of 20 for screen printed items. SEE BULK ORDER REQUIREMENT ABOVE.
  • We can set up your online store with employee credits per your direction.
  • We’ll supply you with a link to your online store so you can share it with your group.
  • Throughout the process, we’ll communicate via email about progress toward quantity minimums.
  • At the close of your bulk ordering window, we’ll be in touch to discuss any minimums not met and how you’d like to proceed.

NOTE: Once your custom order has begun to be printed, it cannot be changed.

Do you offer a Rush Fee option?

Yes! Orders requiring a one week or less turnaround will incur an additional Rush Fee of 20% of the order. Give us a call for more information. (308) 325-8608 M-TH 10:30-5:30, F 10:30-3:00

NOTE: A typical lead time is a minimum of 10 days from the date the order is placed.

What are the pricing breaks for bulk orders?

Price breaks occur at the following quantities:  

  • 25 items
  • 50 items
  • 100 items
  • 250 items

Can you change my pixelated artwork into Vector?

Yes we can! For a small fee, we'll ensure your graphic has a smooth edge and looks great! Because raster images are built from pixels (little squares), your image may have rough edges and be of poor quality. No one wants that... we want your design to look amazing! Vector vs. Raster

Preferred file types: AI, EPS, SVG (If provided, no artwork fee will be incurred.)

Is there a fee for embroidered designs?

New embroidered designs incur a one-time fee to create a digitized file ensuring a product you’ll love! This fee includes sample stitchouts for your approval before we complete your order. DIGITIZED FILE

NOTE: No order minimum once your design has been digitized.

One-time digitizing fee: $35

Can you help us with fundraising items?

Absolutely! We can help your non-profit raise funds and get exposure in the community!

Here are the details to get started:

  • Maximum of 2 screen printed + 1 embroidered designs per fundraiser
  • Minimum of 20 garments per design must be met. (For example: Two designs would require a minimum of 20 garments ordered for each design to receive fundraising funds for both.)
  • Fundraising funds will only be distributed to designs reaching the minimum of 20 per design.
  • Artwork Assistance: We can help at no additional cost. To get started, we’ll need a concept or design idea to work from.
  • PROMOTION: We do NOT promote or market your fundraiser, but we’ll send you a link to the fundraising store. In addition, we’ll have a shareable post on our Facebook page for you to promote your “event” far and wide.
  • Follow our Facebook/Instagram page or check our website for a link to your fundraising store.

Can I make my own design?

Absolutely! Canva offers many options for your to do so and then email us your design to get started.

NOTE: If you are looking for us to help with a design, we require a picture or basic concept drawing to begin… because a picture is worth a thousand words and we want to be at the same starting point. Additional fees may apply.

Do you have Lex apparel in stock for immediate purchase?

WE DO!! We‘ve got a large assortment of Lex school garments and other items available for immediate purchase at our Lexington location. This includes infant and toddler sizes!

Can I get a refund?

It depends… Custom items are nonrefundable once they're received. **Returns allowed only due to defect in workmanship.**

NOTE: We are NOT responsible for incorrectly ordered sizes.

Can I make a change to my custom order once it’s placed?

Typically, no… But if it’s NOT in production there is a chance. Give us a call ASAP, and we’ll can check on it for you.
